This course promises the benefit of two streams of Indian heritage: yoga and music. A musician has special needs – her/his ears, mouth, throat, vocal chords are put to stress day in and day out. Or you may be an actor or a playback singer. This course is more than just asanas and breathing. It’s about respecting the organs of your body – for you to imbibe a positive attitude to music. A singer would perforce need to sit cross-legged on a concert platform. The knees must withstand the rigor.
