Bhramari

It means Bee. It is also one of the prāṇāyāma where Musicians are recommended to practice. Bhramari also means whirling around. In Bharathanātyam, the Bhramari Aḍavu is also called the Suttru aḍavu. The body in this Aḍavu swirls round with the help of one foot while the other rests on the ground, balancing the body.
