Bhramari Adavu
Bhramari meaning turns are one of the most beautiful and graceful Adavus. There are 4 variations that includes full turns, half turns, turns with jumps, etc.,.
Students are provided with high quality Step by Step learning videos by watching which they learn the lessons and present the same during one on one online class with the instructors to enhance their learning.
The students learn to sing Bhramari adavus in 3 different speeds set to a particular rhythmical pattern (Thala). Students are given a fitness guide explaining the Yogic postures relevant to the footwork. Then, the students learn the footwork under Footwork analysis section. Later, they will go through the body movement analysis and learn to co-ordinate the Hand gestures (Hastha Mudhra), Hands, Eyes, Head, Neck and Torso movements for each of the footwork. When once they learn the Adavu in its entirety, they practice it in different speeds. Audio downloads are provided to help the students in their practice.

The students are recommended to do Nadai & Sarukkal Adavu course before they enroll for Bhramari course.

The students, who are beginners, are advised to take up these modular courses in the following order so that they could understand the link between each modular course. Those who are already learning and those who are teaching can take up any module as per their requirements. But, please note that Adavus learnt in the following sequence would be more beneficial.

The course could be done with or without certification. The students who require certification should have completed learning all 18 modular courses and have to take an assessment.
